The Home Builders Association of Johnston County, NC is a nonprofit organization that represents the Building Industry through involvement in Government, Education and Community development. Residential building code updated
The N.C. Building Code Council has adopted building code amendments with varying effective dates. The amendments pertinent to residential construction are in theResidential Construction Code Amendments PDF to include mechanical and plumbing code amendments. All other code amendments are in the Building Codes Amendments PDF. These PDF documents include 2010, 2011 and 2012 amendments to the various codes.
